In the center of Athens
We loved staying at Ikon ! Such a great location close to shopping and a short walk to Plaka. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean and the breakfast is amazing with freshly squeezed juice and eggs prepared on request. We got the 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms perfect for us, a family of four. When we are back in Athens we will definitely return!
After returning from vacations at Pelloponisos we stayed 3 nights at Athens Ikon before returning home. We stayed at one of the suites of Athens ikon 4 adults and 3 kids. The rooms are very spacious, bed (even the sofa that is becoming bed) are very comfortable, very very clean, easy access to the main street (Ermou is about 50 meters, monastiraki 5 minutes walk and syntagma 4 minutes walk). The best part is the staff that is very polite, always there to help during day and night. I will definitely recommend Athens Ikon for families and also for couples since there are two seperate rooms in the suite with ensuite toilet and shower. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
Our family recently stayed at the Ikon. Centrally located to everything. From Monasteraki, Plaka, Acropolis to the restaurants and shops; we could not have found a better hotel The hotel is just a few months old, so aside from the newness, the 2 bedroom easily accommodated our family of 6. Our suite was high tech abound and well equipped with everything we would need. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely return to the Ikon!
